Martesana is considered as the top Milanese Pastry Maker, recognized at the peak of Italian Haute Patisserie (Alta Pasticceria).

Founded by Maestro Vincenzo Santoro in 1966, for more than fifty years Martesana has been writing the history of traditional Italian patisserie thanks to the extremely high quality of its products and the careful selection of excellent raw materials used at every stage of processing, from the dough to the fillings and decorations.
